The home is lovely, so private and peaceful - great for a large family group who want to remove themselves from the hustle and get away to nature and have some quality bonding time - while still close in proximity to all the amenities and convenience of Bozeman and Livingston.

The was wonderful with amazing views! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our time there. If you're traveling in the winter, you will definitely need 4WD as the road to the home is long, steep, and winding. We had no problems during our stay and the man the manages the property kept the road cleared when it snowed during the night. This is the perfect place if you're looking for amazing views and complete peace and quiet. We loved it!

Our stay here was great! Only a 35-45 minute drive from Bozeman airport, with stunning views the entire drive. Once we arrived to the home, we were memorized by the views from the actual property! Absolutely breathtaking views! The house was so cozy and fit our party of 9 comfortably! Our kids enjoyed having a separate space for their movies and games on the lower level, but also enjoyed cozying up next to the fireplace on the main floor! Our host was very attentive, and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. The home is located a little over an hour from Yellowstone national park, which was not in our travel plans, but so worth the short drive! If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, surrounded by stunning views, this home will not disappoint! Just what we needed to escape the rush of city living!


WEDDINGS, CORPORATE GATHERINGS AND OTHER EVENTS WELCOME!

The home is on 20 acres and there are newly made hiking trails throughout the property, hot tub and cold plunge. There is a Peleton for guests to use if they bring their own Peleton shoes as well as five sets of complimentary snowshoes for all guests in the winter. Please be respectful of surrounding properties and be courteous about private property signs around the acreage.

Please do not access the garage or horse barn. Owners have some personal items in these spaces. The patio furniture is in the garage. If it is taken out, please return it back to the garage before you check out. For Peleton use, please bring your own shoes if you would like to enjoy.
Additional notes
This beautiful home is perched on top of a ridge so four wheel drive is needed to access in the snowy months. Chains are not likely to be needed but can be purchased for $40 from Murdochs in Livingston, ACE Hardware or Home Depot in Bozeman.
